Active Ingredients: Ocimum sanctum, Abies webbiana, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Swertia chirayita, Rosa centifolia, Mentha specata, Amomum subulatum, Violodorata, Zinziber officinale, Foenieulum vulagara, Rubia cordifolia, Elettaria cardomomum, Syzgium aromaticum, Glyeyrrhiza glabra, Piper nigrum.
Dosage: Take 2-4 gm of Hill Queen Himalaya Herbal Chai, add 2 cup of water and appropriate quantity of milk. Boil it for five minutes and filter it. Then drink like a tea.
Time of Dosage: Twice/Thrice a day after meal.
